Pork Loin Roast
Last week Smith's had Porkloin roasts on sale, so I of course decided to try it out and bought a 3 lb. porkloin. The problem is that I don't have any idea how to cook one! So I was wondering if any of you had a delicious and easy to make recipe for a porkloin? Feel free to leave a comment or shoot me an email with your favorite recipe! Thanks a million

Kim - I would just throw it in the crockpot with some seasonings, cut up potatoes & carrots and enjoy a good meal. Or... there was a recipe at Enrichment for the pulled port that they have at Cafe Caubo. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks YUMMY!
